As a coach, our role is not to tell you what to do, but rather to guide you in discovering the best path for yourself. We will help you explore your goals, values, and challenges, and provide support and strategies to empower you in making informed decisions. Together, we will work on identifying your strengths and developing an actionable plan that aligns with your aspirations.
While both life coaches and therapists assist individuals in improving their lives, therapists typically focus on past traumas to address mental health issues, whereas life coaches are future-oriented, helping you improve your awareness, set and achieve personal and professional goals, and enhance your overall well-being.
In general, coaching sessions are held weekly or biweekly, but after the initial Pre-coaching/Consultaion session, we can determine a schedule that best suits your needs and availability.
Our approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. We also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in our coaching practice. We adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
